About the 531X191RTBAFG3
General Electric developed the 531X191RTBAFG3 as a relay terminal board. Since the card is a member of the 531X series of replacement boards, it can be installed in an array of drives across the GE family. Two vital functions are performed by this board when installed. The card offers seven relays that are used to control connected external circuits. It can also provide users with access to coils and contacts through the terminal board.
A number of useful features are provided when this board is installed. 531X191RTBAFG3 is capable of operating the control functions for external circuits connected to one of the seven onboard relays. Tabulations for relay contacts and RTB points are also performed by this device. Coils and contacts for this board are rated for G3 revisions of the series. Coils rate at 115 VAC with a frequency of 50/60Hz. Inrush current to the board caps at 25 mA, while holding currents rate at 14 mA. Contacts on the board rate at 2.4 A each, with voltages rated at 125 VAC or 28 VDC.
To protect the integrity of the board, be sure to follow all outlined installation parameters provided by the manufacturer. Only personnel who are trained to install drive components should be permitted to handle this card. Improper handling or wiring can result in damage to the device.
