About the 531X191RTBAGG1
General Electric developed the 531X191RTBAGG1 as a relay terminal board for the 531X replacement board series. A number of drives from the GE family can accept this card and use its functions. When installed the card serves two purposes for the drive. It provides seven relays for wired connections to external circuits. The terminal board also provides users with access to the system’s integrated contacts and coils.
The card provides a number of useful features for the board’s installed drive. While the board is operating, 531X191RTBAGG1 can control external circuits fed to the seven relays by executing the control functions. Relay terminal cards like this can also tabulate RTB points and relay contacts. As G1 version of the board, contacts and coils for this board are rated for this specific part of the series. Coils for the board rate at 115 VAC ± 10% with a rated holding current of 9 mA. Contacts on the card have a current rated at 0.7 A DC and voltages rated at 105 VDC.
Protecting board integrity relies on users following the installation parameters defined by the manufacturer. Be sure to only allow trained and qualified personnel to install this board. Damages to the device can result if boards are improperly handled, installed, or wired. A wiring guide for this card is available in the 531X191RTBAGG1 relay terminal manual and datasheet. General Electric, the manufacturer of the device, originally provided technical support to the board.
