Product Description

General Electric designed the 531X191RTBAHG4 card as a relay terminal board. As a product from the 531X series of replacement drive and exciter boards, this card can be installed in a number of products. Drives across the GE line can have this card installed in its drive cabinet. This drive provides two services to its installed drive. Seven onboard relays are included as well as access to the coils and contacts via the card’s terminal board.

The 531X191RTBAHG4 relay terminal board provides its installed drive with a number of features. Each of the seven relays include a 24 VDC coil. Contacts within these relays rate at 37 mA with a 2.4 A current. Voltages for the card can rate at 125 VAC or 28 VDC with 1 mA per 0.1 V. The card also has the technology to tabulate RTB points and relay contacts. Each relay is outfitted with an LED indicator light. When relays are energized these will illuminate to visually indicate to the user that they are live. Any wired external circuits can be controlled using this board.

Installation parameters provided by the manufacturer should be met by the user. These are provided to help users reduce the risk of damage to the device or injury to the user. As it is a sensitive piece of circuitry, this card should only be installed by those personnel who are trained to handle drive components.
