About the 531X191RTBAJG1
General Electric manufactured the 531X191RTBAJG1 card to function as a relay terminal board. This card was developed as a member of the 531X family of replacement drive and exciter boards. Installing this card provides two services to the drive. External circuitries can be connected and controlled by one of the seven onboard relays. The device also allows users to access the coils and contacts using the terminal board found on the card.
When this card is installed, a number of board functions are provided to the drive. Within the board is a 115 VAC coil that features a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Contacts on the board are rated at 0.7 A DC or 105 VDC while produced hold currents rate at 9 mA. 531X191RTBAJG1 can also tabulate the RTB points and relay contacts for the board. Each relay features an integrated LED indicator light. These will illuminate when the relays is energized. The card can also be used to control external circuits fed to the board.
Installation parameters for the board are included with the device’s instruction manual. Following these set parameters will help to decrease the risk of damages to the board as well as injuries to the user. Do not permit untrained personnel to handle this board. Only qualified users should be allowed to handle and install the 531X191RTBAJG1 relay terminal board. Wiring instructions for the board can be found in the corresponding device manual and datasheet. Members of the 531X series were originally provided with technical support by the manufacturer, General Electric.
