About the 531X191RTBAJG3
The 531X191RTBAJG3 board was developed to operate as a relay terminal card. General Electric manufactured this product as a member of its 531X replacement drive board series. As a replacement board, this card can be installed in a number of older model GE brand drives and exciters. When installed, the card offers two services to its host drive. Included are seven onboard relay points as well as direct access to coils and contacts through the terminal board.
A number of features and components are included on the 531X191RTBAJG3 relay terminal card. Within each of the seven relays is a 115 VAC coil with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Inrush currents for the card rate at 25 mA while holding currents rate at 14 mA. Each contact on the board rate at 2.4 Amps with an input of 125 VAC or 28 VDC. 1 mA per 0.1 V is produced as well. All relays on the board include integrated LED indicator lights. These will visually alert users when any of the relays are energized. External circuits wired to the board can also be controlled with this card.
Be sure to review the installation parameters outlined by the device’s manufacturer. Risks of device damages or user injuries are significantly lessened when these guidelines are followed.
