The 531X191RTBALG3 card was manufactured by General Electric as a relay terminal board. As a member of GE’s 531X replacement drive board series, this card is outfitted to install into a number of drives and exciters across the brand. Two functions are furnished by the board for its installed host drive. Seven relay positions are available to the drive when this board is installed. The card also provides user access to the coils and contacts found on board.
Features of the relay terminal board are provided to the host drive. When installed, the terminal card offers seven relay positions for external hookups. Any attached circuits can be controlled using the 531X191RTBALG3 board. Tabulations for the RTB points and relay contacts can be calculated by the card. The card is a G3 revision of the board, offering a specific voltage and current rate different from other versions. Coils within each relay have a rating of 115 VAC, while contacts have a rating of 125 VAC or 28 VDC. Contacts also include a current rating 2.4 A, with board inrush currents of 25 mA and holding currents of 14 mA.
