About the 531X207LCSALG1
The 531X207LCSALG1 card is a local area network (LAN) current source board. General Electric developed the card for the 531X series of replacement and optional drive boards. As this is a standard drive board, this card can be installed into an array of drives and exciters manufactured across the GE brand. Power supplies rated at 5 VDC or 15 VDC is provided by this card when installed. Sourced inputs fed to the board are drawn from a 115 VAC fuse protected input power.
When installed, this card provides the power supply required by the drive’s LAN board. Users can select between the two voltages (5 and 15 VDC) using the board’s integrated jumper (J1). As these signals can be adjusted, so can the output voltages associated with them. 531X207LCSALG1 includes an onboard potentiometer that allows for output adjustments. The card also includes a protected fuse and a terminal board. The terminal board is a 12-point model that relays all signals sent to and from the board.
Be sure to review all provided installation parameters before handling or installing the board. The risk of damages to the device is lessened when these are met. Since the 531X207LCSALG1 board features electrical circuits, only permit trained personnel to handle and install the card. For wiring and installation instructions, please refer to the device’s manual and datasheet. Members of the 531X series were originally provided with technical support by the manufacturer, General Electric.
