About the 531X300CCHAAFM5
The 531X300CCHAAFM5 is a control card for the DC300 system. There are multiple versions of this card available on our website, so be sure you are ordering the correct version for your system.
The 531X300CCHAAFM5 control card is used to provide the “brain” for the DC-300 controller. It has three individual microprocessors on its surface that are used to regulate functions, run diagnostics, protect the drive, and run SCR brush firing. Functions are implemented either by hardware or software.
This control card includes six diagnostic LEDs that are located toward the bottom right corner of the board. These are labeled 1,2, 4, 8, 16, and 32. Each of the LEDs is red in color. They are used to indicate binary codes representing faults. The LEDs will also blink right to left when the drive stops and will blink in pairs when the drive is running properly.
The 531X300CCHAAFM5 also includes a number of single-pin connectors, vertical pin cable connectors, and two header connectors. The board uses surface wiring at several places. Other board components include resistor network arrays, integrated circuits, jumpers, a push switch, and transistors.
