The 531X300CCHAFM5 is a PCB component manufactured by GE for the DC-300 drive and other GE general purpose drive systems.   GE general purpose drives are powerful, flexible, easy to use systems that, depending on their size, are typically suited for light or heavy industrial applications.  Please review your system’s user guide or manual for compatibility with the 531x series of boards.

The 531X300CCHAFM5 functions as a Drive System Control Card.  The board is factory-drilled at each corner to allow for mounting.  It is also fitted with several stand-offs to allow for the installation of optional auxiliary boards. Cards are screw mounted to the board through the top of these standoffs.  Communication from the auxiliary to the motherboard is achieved via vertical pin (male) connectors located on the surface of the CCHA board. The board is marked with codes F31X300CCHALG2, 006/03, 002/02 and CCi-0 9407.

The 531X300CCHAFM5 is populated by six LED indicators.  These are placed in a single line in the top left quadrant of the board.  There are several examples of surface wiring used on this board, typically near the bottom of the board.  

Components that appear on the 531X300CCHAFM5 include potentiometers, resistor network arrays, voltage regulators, transistors, and TP test points.  The board also has two switch components. There are 28 jumper switches on the board surface, along with six vertical pin cable connectors and two header connectors.  The board is populated by resistors, capacitors, and diodes.
