About the 531X300CCHAGM5
The 531X300CCHAGM5 functions as a Control Card for general purpose drives from General Electric. This includes the DC-300 system. General purpose drives are powerful and flexible drive systems designed for various industrial applications; they have been designed by GE in various sizes with different ratings (heavy duty/light duty) and often with the ability to power inputs from either an AC or a DC source. Your system’s user guide or manual will help you determine compatibility with the 531X series of cards.
The 531X300CCHAGM5 is built with eight board standoffs already installed in the board surface. These components allow two auxiliary boards to be added to the motherboard by being attached via screw connections to the standoffs. The auxiliaries communicate with the motherboard through connections plugged into vertical pin (male) cable connectors. The board has a total of six of these connectors. It also has two header connectors.
The 531X300CCHAGM5 is populated by eight potentiometers, twenty-five resistor network arrays, and a switch component. The switch is a basic press button switch. The board has a voltage regulator located in the lower right corner of the board. Surface wiring is used to connect components on either side of the voltage regulator.
The 531X300CCHAGM5 has thirty jumper switches, eleven transistors, and a number of TP test points. The board is populated by capacitors, resistors, and diodes, including six red LED indicators. GE has published a number of user guides and series manuals that will provide more information on this board, its components, as well as information regarding safety procedures and installation guidelines.
