Product Description

The 531X300CCHAHM3 is a Control PCB (printed circuit board) manufactured by the General Electric company for use within their general purpose drive systems, like the DC-300 drive.  These drives are flexible and powerful drive systems designed for industrial applications. Your user guide or system manual will help determine if the 531x boards are compatible with your drive.

The 531X300CCHAHM3 is a rectangular shaped board with a factory-drilled mounting point located in each corner.  The board has additional factory-drilled holes located at points along the edges of the board. It is marked with codes like VA-4, CT 88-12, FR00/0, and F31X300CCHAFG1.  

The 531X300CCHAHM3 has six LED indicators.  The LEDs are in a single straight line located in the upper left of the board.  They are marked 1,2,4,8,16, and 32. Close to these components are eight of the board’s eighteen resistor network arrays.  The board also has eight potentiometers and a single voltage regulator.

The 531X300CCHAHM3 has one switch component.  It has two header connectors and six male vertical pin cable connectors.  Some of these cable connectors are used for communication with auxiliary boards if they are installed.  Eight standoffs have been inserted into the board surface to allow for support of these optional auxiliary boards.

The 531X300CCHAHM3 uses metal film resistors of varying resistance.  It has electrolytic and polyester vinyl capacitors, but most capacitors on the board are made of ceramic material.  The board has a single inductor component, and is also populated with TP test points, jumper switches, and integrated circuits.
