About the 531X300CCHASM3
531X300CCHASM3--Control Card
The 531X300CCHASM3 is a PCB board component fabricated through General Electric to fit into one of several general purpose drive systems. Among these are the AC-300 and the DC-300 drives. Now often considered obsolete, these systems were originally designed to be flexible and dynamic drives capable of completing a wide variety of tasks in industrial settings.
The 531X300CCHASM3 is a Control Board. There are multiple versions of this card within the 531x series of boards; please verify the version that is correct for your system before placing your order. This is a rectangular board with mounting holes drilled into each corner. Eight (8) standoffs are pre-mounted into the card, which allows the addition of two (2) auxiliary boards. These boards are screw mounted into the standoffs to keep them securely in place and communicate with the primary board through cable connections.
Other components on the 531X300CCHASM3 include eight (8) potentiometers, over a dozen jumpers, six (6) LED indicators (all red in color,) and eleven transistors. The LEDs have a numbered sequence (1/2/4/8/16/32.) There are thirty-plus integrated circuits, which are often marked with the manufacturer logo and their part code for easy identification. The board has one (1) push-button switch, six (6) male vertical pin cable connectors, individual terminal pin connectors, and two (2) header connectors. The board also has an inductor, resistor network arrays, diodes, resistors, and capacitors. More information on the board, its installation procedures, and other pertinent information may be found through GE publications like user guides, manuals, and data sheets.
AX Control protects all 531x series boards with anti-static wrap during storage and shipment. Our team will be happy to answer in questions you have about shipping or availability. The links on this page will also provide more information on some of our money-saving programs.
