About the 531X301DCCADM1
The 531X301DCCADM1 is a printed control card component that was originally manufactured by Fuji in conjunction with General Electric (FANUC) as part of GE’s general-purpose drives. FANUC parts were manufactured in a joint venture between Fujitsu Ltd and General Electric. The drives this board is usually used in like the AC300, DC300, and AC500 are now typically obsolete. However, they are still very useful and capable of industrial applications.
The 531X301DCCADM1 is a GE FANUC drive control card. Please be aware there are several versions of this board available. It is important you order the correct board version for your system.
The 531X301DCCADM1 is designed with multiple components on its surface. That includes over eighty integrated circuits including EPROMS and FPGAs (field-programmable gate arrays.) The board also has several analog inverters, analog operational amplifiers, and analog decoder/drivers. The board has over 30 resistor network arrays and also uses traditional metal film resistors. Capacitors are typically made from materials like polyester vinyl or ceramic.
Other board components include fourteen jumper switches, standoffs designed to connect auxiliary boards, and jumper switches. You should note the position of your board’s jumpers before inserting your new board into your system to be sure your new board’s jumpers match your old board’s positions.
Technical support was originally provided by General Electric. This includes data sheets and product manuals. Please be sure to review these products before attempting any kind of maintenance.
