About the 531X301DCCAMM1
The 531X301DCCAMM1 is a printed control board (PCB) designed and manufactured by General Electric in conjunction with Fuji Electric as a FANUC part. These parts were designed to decrease manufacturing costs while increasing part reliability. The 531X301DCCAMM1 functions as a drive control card for GE general purpose drives, like the DC 300.
The 531X301DCCAMM1 is one version of the DCCA card. There are multiple versions of this card available on our site, each with minor variations to each other. Please be sure you are ordering a circuit board that matches your particular system needs. We suggest matching the exact board number you are currently using.
The 531X301DCCAMM1 is not designed with an attached front faceplate. However, it does have multiple pre-drilled holes along board edges and positioned in each board corner to allow for mounting options. Additionally, the board has been fitted with several standoffs fitted with screws. These allow for the installation of auxiliary boards that will communicate with the main board through cable connections plugged into vertical pin connectors. There are several of these connectors available on the board.
The 531X301DCCAMM1 is marked with the GE logo and with several codes for identification, including an alternate F31X id number. It also has a barcode mounted to one board edge. Most board components have a reference designator printed close to it for easy identification, and most of the 80+ integrated circuits are printed with their own part number located on the top surface of the chip. Most chips on this board are analog and may be used as FPGAs, operational amplifiers, inverters, or decoder/drivers.
Important information regarding proper installation or handling of this board may be found using GE manuals or data sheets.
