Product Description

The 531X302DCIBDG3 is a DC Instrumentation Board from General Electric.  This board is one of the hundreds of 531x boards in stock here at AX  Control.  This series of boards typically fit into GE general purpose drives.  This board weighs approximately 2.0 pounds before the addition of boxing and packing materials.  The board is no longer fabricated by the original manufacturer. 

The 531X302DCIBDG3 is a rectangular board with factory-made drill holes located in each corner.  The board is designed to connect to other components via vertical pin connectors located along its bottom edge.  This includes single-line and double line connectors

The 531X302DCIBDG3 has five fuse components placed in fuse holders in one corner of the board.  Each fuse is paired with a light that will help indicate whether the fuse is working properly.   Additionally, the unit has two transformers as well as a relay located on its surface.  A five-position DIP switch is in the upper right corner.   The unit also includes a heat sink to help diffuse built-up heat from surrounding components and LED indicators.  

Other board components include resistor network arrays, resistors, and diodes.  The board also has capacitors made from various materials.  Most components are marked with some sort of reference designator to allow for easy ID.  The board is marked with the board ID and the GE “USA” logo.
