About the 531X306LCCAEM1
531X306LCCAEM1--LCC Board
The 531X306LCCAEM1 is a GE board component manufactured for use within several various systems. This includes the AC-300, the AC-500, and the EX2000 drive. Many of these drives are now considered obsolete. However, they were designed as dynamic, flexible systems capable of use within industrial settings for a variety of tasks.
The 531X306LCCAEM1 is an LCC Card. It has a sixteen-digit alpha-numeric display built into its surface. This display is situated parallel to one short board edge. There are two vertical pin (male) cable connectors on the board. These are placed opposite each other on the short edges of the board. There is a female cable connector located near the board’s center and another cable connector along the board’s bottom edge. The board also has a single three-position terminal strip.
Other components located on the surface of the 531X306LCCAEM1 include jumper switches, fifteen resistor network arrays, capacitors, transistors, resistors, and diodes. There are over a dozen integrated circuits, including field programmable gate arrays. Many integrated circuits carry their manufacturer ID numbers for quick identification. Most components are marked with reference designators.
In some GE applications, this board can be paired with a 531X301DCC board in place of a DS200LDCCG1A board, if that component is no longer available. Please note the DS200LDCC board is the more advanced PCB and provides both drive control and LAN communications.
Please refer to publications like manuals, datasheets, or series user guides for more information regarding the installation or operation of the 531X306LCCAEM1. All technical support, including written forms of technical support, was originally provided by General Electric.
