About the 531X307LTBACG1
The General Electric 531X307LTBACG1 is a LAN (local area network) terminal board. This terminal card is a member of GE’s 531X series of replacement boards. A number of GE brand drives and exciters can accept this card in its cabinet. When installed in the drive, this board serves as an interface for the controlling device (drive/exciter) and a number of external devices. These devices include interlocks, indicator lights, or contactors.
Installing this board provides an interface system for LAN signals to and from the drive. Installed cards provide the drive with eight configurable control input plugs. Inputs can accept between 2 and 240 V AC and DC power. Signals are then converted into 24VDC logic signals to be sent to the control board. These input plugs carry signals throughout the LAN terminal, the NTB terminal, and the drive control board. Seven outputs can be found on the board. Outputs on the card are low voltage and low current form C relay contact connectors.
Be sure to meet all manufacturer provided installation parameters for the 531X307LTBACG1 board. These guidelines will ensure that the entire drive operates as intended. Be sure to only permit qualified personnel trained to handle drive boards to install this unit. A complete guide to wiring the LAN terminal board can be found in the board’s manual and datasheet. This board, like all other members of the 531X series, was originally provided by the manufacturer, General Electric.
