About the 531X307LTBAHG1
General Electric developed the 531X307LTBAHG1 local area network (LAN) terminal board for the 531X series of replacement boards. An array of drives and exciters from the GE family can have this card installed. Installing the card provides the drive with an interface system for the controlling drive and a variety of external devices. Items such as pushbuttons, indicator lights, and interlocks are a few of the possible external devices used.
LAN signals to and from the drive are provided with an interface platform to be distributed accordingly. When installed, 531X307LTBAHG1 provides eight configurable control input plugs to the drive. The inputs can accept voltages rated between 2 and 240 V, both AC and DC power. Voltages to the inputs are converted into control board digestible 24VDC logic signals. Signals can now be easily carried throughout the LAN terminal and the NTB terminal boards, as well as the drive control board. Low voltage, low current form C relay contact connectors comprise the seven control outputs found on board.
Follow all installation parameters provided by the board and drive manufacturer. Meeting these will protect the overall drive system from accidental damages. Only permit trained and qualified personnel to handle the 531X307LTBAHG1 boards. For an illustrated guide on wiring the LAN terminal board, please refer to the board’s manual and datasheet. General Electric originally provided this board, as well as the entire 531X series, with technical support.
