About the 531X307LTBAJG1
General Electric designed the 531X307LTBAJG1 as a local area network (LAN) terminal board. It is housed under the 531X family of replacement boards. Drives and exciters across the GE series can accept this card in its cabinet. An interface system between external devices and the controlling drive are provided when the card is installed. Peripheral devices such as interlocks, pushbuttons, and indicator lights can use the board as an interface.
LAN signals are distributed via the interface platform when the 531X307LTBAJG1 board is installed. Eight configurable control input plugs are provided to the drive when the board is installed. Rated input voltages ranging from 2 to 240 V, both AC and DC power, can be accepted by the board. Input voltages sent to the board are converted into 24 VDC logic signals that are accepted by the control board. Signals produced by the board are easily carried through the LAN terminal, the drive control board and the NTB terminal board. The board’s seven integrated control outputs are comprised of low current and low voltage form C relay contact connectors.
Installation parameters provided by the device’s manufacturer should be met by the users. These guidelines will prevent a number of damages to the device. Only allow trained personnel who are qualified to install the board to handle the 531X307LTBAJG1 LAN terminal. Detailed instructions outlining wiring procedures can be found in the board’s datasheet and manual. As with all other members of the 531X series, technical support for this card was originally provided by the manufacturer, General Electric.
