About the F31X121PCRAAG1
F31X121PCRAAG1--Power Connect Drive
The F31X121PCRAAG1 is a PCB component fabricated by GE. This PCB can be used as part of several of GE’s general purpose drive systems, including the DC-300 drive. The DC-300 drive has parameters for speed limit that can sense the tach gen output during tach feedback mode and counter emf during counter-emf feedback mode. The F31X121PCRAAG1 has an alternate id number of 531X121PCRACG1 that is marked on the board.
The F31X121PCRAAG1 has twelve laminated core transformers mounted into frames. These components are placed on the board in two fields of six. Each of these fields is separated by a 26-pin vertical (male) pin cable connector that is placed in the center-top of the board. Markings on the board include “flow solder” with an arrow, codes 4085, VA-4, and a notation that states “Remove W1 and W2 for 500V DC Drives.” Other connectors on the board include twelve two-pin header connectors and eleven stab-on connectors.
The F31X121PCRAAG1 has seven wire-wound resistors placed along its bottom edge. These alternate with seven 1000 DC Sprague capacitors. The board also makes use of resistors made from carbon composite materials and metal film resistors. The board has multiple ceramic capacitors and several diodes.
More information on the F31X121PCRAAG1, including handling procedures, installation instructions, and safety recommendations, may be accessed through data sheets, manuals, or user guides that note this board number. As a static-sensitive board, this will be stored and shipped from our facility protected in an anti-static wrap. Original technical support for this board and all other boards in the 531X series was provided by GE.
