Product Description

The F31X122PCNAFG1 is a PCB manufactured by the General Electric Company as a component for several of their industrial general-purpose drive systems.  This includes the DC-300 drive and other drives of this class. The F31X122PCNAFG1 board has an alternate identification number of 531X122PCNAMG1. Your manual or user guide will help determine compatibility with this series.

The F31X122PCNAFG1 functions as a Power Connect Board.  It is one of several versions of this type of card within the 531x series.  The board is etched with codes like FR01/0, VA-4, 4490, 004/0, 002/1, and 005/0.  A notation is made at the center of the board that the user should “Remove W1 and W2 for 500V DC Drives.”  This is a rectangular shaped board with multiple mounting holes; one of these factory-made holes is located in each corner, and several more are placed along the board edge.

The F31X122PCNAFG1 has one male vertical pin cable connector with 25 pins. This is marked 5PL and is placed at the top center of the board. It has six 2-pin header connectors placed in a parallel line just below this cable connector.  There are also nine stab-on connectors on the board surface.

Other components on the surface of the  F31X122PCNAFG1 include six transformers mounted in frames.  The board uses four wire wound resistors, as well as resistors made from carbon composite material and from metal film material. Capacitors are made from ceramic material.  There are also four Sprague 1200 VDC/ 660 VAC capacitors.
