Product Description

The F31X128HMSA is a board component fabricated for use in DC-300 drives and other similar general-purpose drive systems.   Although older, these are powerful and flexible drive systems primarily designed for use in industrial settings. This board is part of the 531X series of boards and has an alternate board number of 531X128HMSAGG1.

The F31X128HMSA functions as a MOV board.  It is a long, rectangular board with only a few components.   The board has codes etched on its surface like 002/02 and 006/02.  It has fifteen stab-on connectors. These are located on the board in sets of three.  The first set of three is on the top edge of the board. The second, third, and fourth groups are set in a parallel line, grouped together at regular intervals.  The last three stab-on connectors are along the bottom edge of the board, one next to each of the fuse components.

The F31X128HMSA has three fuses.  Each of the fuses is rated 15A/600V.  These fuses are mounted in holders. The board also has a relay, a single LED component, diodes, and nine metal film resistors.  There is also one polyester vinyl capacitor.

The F31X128HMSA is designed with several slots cut into the board.  Many of these slots are transversed by components. Each corner is drilled.  Components are marked with both a reference designator and with a manufacturer part number.
