About the F31X133PRUAKG1
The F31X133PRUAKG1 is a Process Interface Board fabricated by General Electric. This PCB was manufactured to fit into several of GE’s general purpose drive systems, including the DC-300 drive. The board is factory drilled in all four corners that allow the board to be screw mounted to a motherboard. The board is marked with codes like 94V-0, 002/0, FR00/0 and a second identification board number, 531X133PRUAZG1.
The F31X133PRUAKG1 is a component-dense board with over a hundred resistors and capacitors. Capacitors are typically made of ceramic material, but electrolytic and polyester vinyl capacitors are also used. Most of the resistors are made of metal film material. There are also five resistor network arrays and seven potentiometers placed across the board.
The F31X133PRUAKG1 has two male vertical pin cable connectors of varying sizes. The board has a single header connector, as well as a three-screw terminal strip placed in one corner. This is marked on one side as “Tach +” and on the other side is marked “Tach -.” Single position terminal pins are used in a few places. These are labeled such things as “DCOM” and “+5V.”
The F31X133PRUAKG1 has a switch component labeled “Tach Range.” This has seven toggle switches on its top surface. There are more than fifteen jumper switches on the surface of the board and over ten integrated circuits. ICs include XOR Gates and inverters. Most circuits are marked with their manufacturer number for easy identification. More information on the board and other components may be accessed through GE publications like data sheets, manuals, and user guides.
