The F31X158FFDACG1 is a fuse failure board manufactured and sold originally by General Electric.  This board may have been sold under this part number or under its alternate 531x158ffdad part number.   While boards in this series are no longer available directly from General Electric, they are typically still in stock here at AX Control as either new never-used surplus or as reconditioned used parts. 

The F31X158FFDACG1 is a small PCB with only a few parts mounted to its surface.   These include four LED indicators located in one corner of the board near one edge.  The board also includes a single relay, a fuse, a transistor, and several integrated circuits.  There are also several lines of stab-on connectors; these are located near the board edges.  The remaining components are composed of resistors, capacitors, and diodes.   Some of these components may be marked with their original manufacturer markings.  Almost all components are marked with some sort of reference designation. 

The board has been pre-drilled to allow for mounting.  It carries the GE logo to assure authenticity.   The board also includes several codes and other markings that will help you be assured it is the correct version for your use.
