The F31X171TMAAFG2 is a replacement/renewal part manufactured by General Electric for use within some of their general purpose drive systems, like the DC-300, the AC-300, and the AC-500.   

The F31X171TMAAFG2 is a long and narrow PCB that functions as a Micro Application TB Card.   It is marked with an alternate 531x number (531X171TMAAFS2,) and with codes like 002/0 and 006/0.  

The F31X171TMAAFG2 is populated with three vertical pin header connectors.  This includes a 15-pin male header connector and two 24-pin male header connectors.  The board has three metal film resistors and three metal oxide varistors (MOVs.) Metal oxide varistors are typically used in AC power electronics circuits in order to protect against transient overvoltages.
