About the F31X300CCHAAG1
F31X300CCHAAG1-- Control Card
The F31X300CCHAAG1 is a board component that has been made by GE as part of their general purpose drive systems, such as the AC300 or the DC300. These general purpose drives are no longer made by GE and are typically considered obsolete; however, they were designed to be powerful, flexible systems for industrial use. The F31X300CCHAAG1 PCB is marked with its alternate 531X board number (531x300CCHADM2,) as well as codes VA-4 and 003/0.
The F31X300CCHAAG1 is one of several Control Card versions available within the 531x series of boards. If you are not replacing your exact board, please refer to your drive’s manual for guidance on other alternatives. Our staff will also be happy to help with this selection. The F31X300CCHAAG1 is drilled for mounting along board edges and in corners. It has eight standoffs installed on the board surface to accept two auxiliary boards. These circuit boards are screwed into the standoffs to keep them in place and communicate with the motherboard using cable connections.
The F31X300CCHAAG1 has six red LED indicators placed in a single line. It has eleven transistors, a single push button ‘reset’ switch, and multiple jumper switches that allow the user to customize the operation of the board. There are eight potentiometers, over a dozen resistor network arrays, and metal film resistors. The board uses capacitors made of polyester vinyl, ceramic, and aluminum electric materials. Most integrated circuits carry manufacturer numbers on their top surface for identification.
Connectors on the F31X300CCHAAG1 include header connectors (two) and male vertical pin cable connectors (six.) GE provided all original technical support for this product. Please refer to manuals or user guides from General Electric for more in-depth information.
