About the F31X308PCSAAG1
F31X308PCSAAG1--GE Fanuc Power Connect Card
The F31X308PCSAAG1 is a PCB board component fabricated by the General Electric company for use within several of their general purpose drive systems. This includes the DC-300 and the AC-300 drives. The F31X308PCSAAG1 is a large rectangular board with several kinds of components. It is marked with codes like 0590 and VA-5. It also carries an alternate board number of 531X308PCSAAG1. The warning “Check Drive Voltage Output for Proper Jumper Location” is printed on the board’s surface.
The F31X308PCSAAG1 is built with twelve transformers, each mounted into frames. These are positioned on the board in two fields of six. Each transformer is paired with a two-pin header connector, a carbon composite resistor, a metal film resistor, a diode, and a capacitor. There are slots cut into the board under each transformer. Other resistors are placed elsewhere on the board, and a line of fourteen large silver capacitors takes up the bottom half of the board. Each of these components is an axial capacitor and is placed parallel to the short ends of the printed circuit board.
Other components on the board surface include a single vertical pin (male) cable connector. This is located between the two fields of transformers within the top half of the board. There are also nine stab-on connectors on the board surface, located on either side of the large capacitors. The board has been drilled in each corner and along its edges. For more information about board operation, its installation or information on maintenance, refer to GE publications like data sheets, manuals, or user guides.
