About the IS200EXICH1A
Model IS200EXICH1A is part of the EX2100e series produced by General Electric. This model is used as an excitation controller and has limited information on it due to no longer being in production. There are several configurations that this model can be used in to provide flexibility for both regulator and full static controllers. If the model is being used in a Thyristor SCR (silicon-controlled rectifier) system several cell sizes can be used. Those cells will range as follows, 100, 77, 53, and 42 millimeters to help meet field current requirements in static applications more economically.
The IS200EXICH1A model can be used in a brushless dual redundant system, when being used in a brushless redundant regulator system option, the system will end up being more cost-effective than other options. There is also a PWM (pulse-width modulation) system that uses Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) that provide either 120 A or 35 A outputs for the regulator system applications. Depending on the application when the model is being used with a thyristor SCR or power conversion module there may be protective components.
This model can be used with software that will enable the attached generator to transmit and produce more power stably. When this is occurring there are also power studies that the IS200EXICH1A model can use to help optimize the tuning of the stabilizer to maximize performance.
While the IS200EXICH1A model is not readily available on the market AX Control can do its best to find or offer a replacement for you. When you purchase this model we offer a three-year warranty that can be used when needing help preparing this unit.
