About the IC3600AAMA1F1
The IC3600AAMA1F1 from GE is a FANUC Analog multiplexer board. This component fits into the Mark I and Mark II series for gas/steam turbine management. These series are designed to control GE heavy duty gas turbines from individual units of 4000hp to combined cycles up to 400Mw. The MKI and MKII can function from -50C to +50C. Temperature, load, acceleration, and speed are all generated and checked electrically.
The IC3600AAMA1F1 has drill points in two corners only. The board has been marked with the “GE U.S.A” symbol as well as its unique board number. It has the mark 006/12 on one edge. One long edge has twenty-five individual pins inserted into the board. Underneath these, the board is marked “2,” and then “10” through “50” by tens.
The IC3600AAMA1F1 is built with five potentiometers. This includes one rotary potentiometer and four trim potentiometers. The latter are placed parallel to each other on a board edge. Interspersed between these components are three jumper switches. Jumpers allow the end user to finish circuits to their specifications, thus allowing for some customization of the board. The board has one circuit and four transistors located on its surface.
The IC3600AAMA1F1 is built with both CCR, aka carbon composite resistors, and ceramic-covered metal film resistors. Diodes of several different materials are located on the board.
Our team will use a static-reducing sleeve to protect the IC3600AAMA1F1 while it’s being shipped to your facility. All technical support for the IC3600AAMA1F1 was provided by GE.
