About the IC3600AFGB1
The IC3600AFGB1 is a FANUC GE part for the Mark I/Mark II series. These two series were created by General Electric for gas/steam turbine management, and both are able to manage heavy-duty turbines rated between 4000 hp to 400 Mw (combined cycles.) These systems are designed to control the turbine output power over the load range, keep the maximum output within the unit’s capability, sequence the turbine control parameters and the unit’s auxiliaries during startup, provide a protective shutdown procedure in the event of a non-recoverable system failure within the turbine, its controls, or auxiliaries, and to monitor and annunciate malfunctions in the turbine, its auxiliaries and control system.
The IC3600AFGB1 is built with four trim potentiometers. It has eleven transistors of varying designs. The board has over thirty resistors, including carbon composite resistors (CCRs,) and two wire wound resistors. These resistors are marked 6618 I(r)c PW-10 750 Ω 5% and 7127 I(r)C PW10 500 Ω 8%. Capacitors on the board include several polyester vinyl capacitors. Many of these components are mounted vertically.
The IC3600AFGB1 is numbered on one edge, 10/20/30/40/50. These numbers are printed directly under a line of twenty-five right-angled metal pins. The board is marked on one edge with its unique board identification number.
The IC3600AFGB1 will be protected with a static reducing sleeve before it is shipped from our warehouse to your facility. If OEM manuals or data sheets have been retained we recommend these are reviewed before your new part is installed. All technical support for the IC3600AFGB1 was supplied by GE.
