The IC3600AMLG1A is an Analog Multi Board manufactured for the Mark I/Mark II series. It is a GE FANUC component. The Mk I was GE’s first Speedtronic series for steam and gas turbine management. The MKII was released a few years later. Both systems are capable of managing turbines rated from 4000 hp (a single unit) to 400 Mw (combined cycle rating.) These systems function in temperatures from -50C to +50C.
The IC3600AMLG1A is a smaller PCB. It measures four inches on its short side by six inches on its long side. The board has few components on its surface. The board has its GE USA logo and its board number. It has been marked with the codes 006/01 and 002/01 on the front surface and 003/01 on the back surface. The front corner is marked “M.L.O.” The back surface is also marked with the code “277A3676.” One edge is numbered.
The center of the IC3600AMLG1A is populated with an Elec-trol R6523-2 Relay. This is a square, black relay. The board has one large polyester vinyl capacitor. The IC3600AMLG1A has fifty-one pins attached to one long edge. These pins are designed to act as a backplane; they connect the IC3600AMLG1A into the Speedtronic system using wiring that wraps around the right-angled edges of the pins.
