About the IC3600AOAC1E
The IC3600AOAC1E is a FANUC component manufactured by GE for their Mark I or Mark II series. These two series were GE’s first commercially released Speedtronic series, which were designed for gas and steam turbine management. While they were initially released over forty-five years ago, there are still thousands of viable MKI and MKII systems in use around the globe today, a testament to their longevity, adaptability, and reliability.
The IC3600AOAC1E functions as an Amplifier Card within the MKI/MKII systems. It has been drilled out in two corners. The card is marked on one edge with the code 006/02 and is marked ADS in a corner. The card also carries the GE logo and its board id number. The back of the PCB has been marked with the code 68A989592 and 003/02.
The IC3600AOAC1E has three potentiometers. The board uses trim potentiometers, which can be used to adjust, tune, or calibrate circuits. The board has nine transistors, which are broken up into four separate types of transistor. Two large transistors are fitted with heat sinks.
The IC3600AOAC1E is built with six large carbon composite (CCR) resistors grouped in two lines. The board also has smaller CCR resistors as well as resistors made of metal film. The board is built with capacitors made of aluminum electrolytic material and capacitors made of polyester vinyl.
The IC3600AOAC1E will ship from our warehouse in a protective, static-reducing sleeve. If OEM publications are still available, we suggest reviewing safety protocols before you begin installation of your new part. All tech support for the IC3600AOAC1E was provided by GE.
