About the IC3600AOAH1B
A GE FANUC part, the IC3600AOAH1B is an Amplifier Card designed for the Mark I and Mark II systems from GE. These systems were the first of the Speedtronic gas/steam management systems released by General Electric. Both have been used for decades in a wide variety of applications, including small 4000 hp units to large 400 Mw combined cycle systems. The MKI and MKII were designed to be adaptable and reliable, with built-in redundancies for key control functions and a protective system that is virtually independent of the control equipment.
The IC3600AOAH1B is built with fifty-one pins attached to one edge. The board is numbered underneath these pins. When placed in the chassis or frame of the Speedtronic system, these pins are wrapped with wires and connect the board into the rest of the system.
The IC3600AOAH1B is marked with its board identification number and “KCC.” The code 68A944279G1 appears on the rear side of the board.
The IC3600AOAH1B has seven TP test points, ten trim potentiometers, seven integrated circuits, and twenty transistors. There are five ceramic through-hole capacitors located on the board. The board also has one large polyester vinyl capacitor rated at 200V and several smaller polyester vinyl capacitors. Resistors on this board are primarily made of carbon composite material. Many components are mounted in a vertical position.
Our warehouse will protect the IC3600AOAH1B with a static-reducing sleeve before shipment. Our team at AX Control recommends a review of manuals or datasheets for safety data and instructions before installation begins if such OEM publications are available to your facility.
