About the IC3600AOAL1B
The Op Amp Card IC3600AOAL1B is a GE FANUC component for the Mark I/Mark II series. The first two Speedtronic series released by GE, the Mark I and Mark I have been used on nearly every continent in ambient temperatures from -50C to +50C. Designed to be both scalable and adaptable, the MKI and MKII have been used to control single heavy-duty units rated for 4000 hp up to 400 Mw combined cycle power plants.
One edge of the IC3600AOAL1B is numbered. This edge is fitted with fifty-one right-angled metal pins. Together, these metal pins connect to wiring within the larger Speedtronic system to allow the board to communicate with the rest of the system.
The IC3600AOAL1B is marked with several codes and marks, including the GE logo, the board id number, the codes 002/02 and 006/02, and the number 259A3589G1. The code 003/04 appears on the rear of the board.
The IC3600AOAL1B has nine integrated circuits. This includes quad two-input NAND gates and several amplifiers. It has seven trim potentiometers. These components can be to adjust, calibrate or tune circuits, or they may be used for voltage division.
The IC3600AOAL1B has several lines of carbon composite resistors. Capacitors may be made of polyester vinyl or of a ceramic material.
