About the IC3600KHVD
The IC3600KHVD is a GE FANUC Power Supply Circuit Board for the Mark I and Mark II series. These series were developed by GE for steam or gas turbine management with the focus on creating systems that were reliable, accurate, with fast response times and virtually no dead band. This is achieved through the use of electronic computation and a protective system that remains almost completely independent of the control equipment. The protective system uses several intentional redundancies to ensure reliable and safe machine operation.
The IC3600KHVD has very few components on its surface. The board is built with three diodes. These diodes are mounted in a vertical position. The board has three General Electric relays. The relays are equally spaced on the board and are placed parallel to the short edge. Each relay is marked on its top surface with 28 VDC 10VA CR120G40106FA 68A997169A02. Each relay includes a wiring diagram on its top surface.
The IC3600KHVD is marked with its board ID number. It is marked with the code PWB28A989394 and the code 68A989393G1. The edge of the board is fitted with fifteen metal pins. Some of these pins are right-angled pins, some of them are straight. Each pin carries a number and code below it. These number/code combinations are as follows: 1-R V, 5-G, 10-Y, 15-Bl, 20-Y, 25-G, 30-Bl, 35 R V R V, 40-Y, 45-G, 51-Bl. These codes correspond to the color of wires attached to the relays mentioned above (Red, Violet, Yellow, Blue, Green.)
Technical support for the IC3600KHVD was provided by GE.
