About the IC3600KRSP1A
The IC3600KRSP1A is a GE FANUC component for the Speedtronic Mark I/Mark II series. Both of these series were developed for the management of gas and steam turbine systems, and have been in active use around the globe for several decades. The MKI and MKII are designed to be adaptable and scalable and are as useful in the management of single turbine 4000 hp systems as they are in the management of power stations with combined cycles of up to 400 Mw.
The IC3600KRSP1A is a small board with few components on its surface. It is drilled in two corners and has been numbered 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 on the edge opposite. Above the numbers, the board has a line of right-angled metal pins connected to the surface of the IC3600KRSP1A. These pins connect via wires to the frame of the Speedtronic system and allow the board to communicate with the system. In essence, they function as a backplane.
The IC3600KRSP1A has six relays on its surface. The relays are through-hole components. They have been labeled K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, and K6. These relays are used to open or close circuits electronically. No relay diagram is readily available on the relays or on the board. The GE logo appears on the board between these components and two lines of diodes, which are labeled CR1 through CR12.
The IC3600KRSP1A will ship to your facility protected by a static-reducing sleeve. Once received, we suggest your technicians review original manufacturer publications currently available to them, such as data sheets or manuals, for installation information or safety data.
