About the IC3600LBEA1
The IC3600LBEA1 is a Bit Equalizer card for the Mark I and Mark II series. The Bit Equalizer is a GE FANUC component. General Electric introduced the Mark I for gas or steam turbine management in 1969 and followed up with the Mark II in 1973. Over the last several decades both of these systems have become obsolete due to the introduction of newer Speedtronic systems by GE like the Mark IV, the Mark V, and the Mark VI/VIe. But even though these newer systems are more technologically advanced with more compact components, many Mark I and Mark II systems have been kept in service around the globe, due to their ease of use and reliable service for all kinds of turbine systems.
The IC3600LBEA1 has nine polyester vinyl capacitors on its surface. Eight of these are mounted vertically and one horizontally. The board has sixteen transistors. Eight of these are designated as Q1 and eight as Q2. The board is built with several lines of carbon composite resistors, or CCRs. It is important to note each line of these resistors is marked as one component. Diodes appear on the board but are not marked, only numbered.
One-fifth of the board is populated by a parallel line of metal pins. When the IC3600LBEA1 is installed into the frame or chassis of the larger system, these pins are attached to wiring and work together as a communications device.
A protective, static-reducing sleeve or covering will be used by our team to protect the IC3600LBEA1 during shipment. Please review manuals or data sheets for safety data before installation.
