About the IC3600LLRC1
The IC3600LLRC1 is a Line Receiver card designed as a component for the first two Speedtronic systems for the management of gas/steam heavy-duty turbines ever released by GE, the Mark I and the Mark II. Both of these systems have now been available and in use by facilities around the world for over four decades. They have a proven record of use in temperatures from plus to minus fifty degrees Celsius. Both systems were designed to improve the reliability of heavy-duty turbines, regardless of the size of the system (4000 hp to 400 Mw,) and to be adaptable, scalable, and easy to use. Both systems are now considered obsolete by General Electric, as they have been replaced by newer Speedtronic systems (MKIV-MKVIe) and other gas/steam turbine management systems. However, they are both still viable, usable management systems.
The IC3600LLRC1 is built with nineteen capacitors. These are placed in two lines of nine and a single capacitor located in the center of the board. Each line is marked as though it were a single component, so the board only has a C1, a C2, and a C3.
The IC3600LLRC1 is built with two rows of diodes. These are not marked with a designator. The board is marked with the board ID number and a single code. Numbering appears on one edge under a series of pins that functions as the board’s communication device.
When the IC3600LLRC1 is shipped from our warehouse to your facility, it will be protected by a static-reducing sleeve. If publications from the original manufacturer have been retained (manuals, data sheets,) these may be an excellent source for information related to installation.
