About the IC3600LTDA1A
The IC3600LTDA1A is a PCB or printed circuit board which was developed by General Electric (GE). This board is one of many parts in the Mark I-II gas turbine control series. The MKI and MKII systems were the earliest two systems in the Mark series to be released. The Mark systems were created to address all requirements of industrial turbines. These requirements include basic operations like startup and shutdown, temperature, and fuel and water injection.
The IC3600LTDA1A features a wide variety of electronic circuit board components. There are three (3) large resistor networks featured on the left side of the circuit board. These resistor networks are solid black and rectangular. Each resistor network contains several small resistors on the inside. The resistance of each resistor network is the same as the total of all of the resistors contained inside. There are many medium-sized resistors featured all over the IC3600LTDA1A. Most of these resistors are covered in multi-colored bands. These bands represent the resistance of each device. If you need help understanding how to read resistors, refer to our blog for more information. Some of the resistors on the IC3600LTDA1A are solid colored. These resistors are black in color. Many different capacitors are also featured on the IC3600LTDA1A. At least three (3) of these capacitors are solid yellow. Several of the capacitors on the IC3600LTDA1A are rectangular and solid dark red in color. A series of small transistors can also be found on the IC3600LTDA1A. The circuit board is labeled all over in yellow writing. The components on the IC3600LTDA1A are marked with their reference designators such as R for resistor, C for capacitor, and Q for transistor.
