About the IC3600QOXC3
General Electric created the IC3600QOXC3 printed circuit board (PCB) to be a part of the Speedtronic Mark I-II system. The Mark I and Mark I are the oldest systems in the Mark series which was created to manage turbines. The Mark I was created in 1968 and installed into a turbine in Long Island, NY. The IC3600QOXC3 is what is called an over speed sensor card.
The IC3600QOXC3 consists of many various types of electronic circuit board components. One large transformer is featured in on the left half of the IC3600QOXC3 near its center. This transformer is black and shaped like a rectangle. The transformer’s part number, 68A9930S2 G1, is printed on the top of the part. To the left of this component, there are two large components which are fixed to a metal plate on the board’s side. One (1) red LED is featured on this plate. The LED, or light-emitting diode, is large in size. It is attached to the IC3600QOXC3 with white wires. Next to this LED, there is a large red button which is labeled RESET. Two (2) large inductors are placed near the top of the IC3600QOXC3. These inductors are made up of coils of wire underneath plastic covers. A variety of resistors can be seen all over the IC3600QOXC3. These resistors come in various sizes. They are banded in different colors such as red, brown, and blue. Several capacitors are situated on the IC3600QOXC3. Some of these capacitors are solid yellow and shaped like a cylinder, and the others are solid red and shaped like a rectangle.
