About the IC3600SBMA1
General Electric (GE) created the IC3600SBMA1 for the Speedtronic Mark I-II series. These two series were made to control gas turbines. The Mark I was the first system to debut in 1968.
The IC3600SBMA1 features a variety of different electronic circuit board components. One (1) large inductor or coil is featured prominently near the center of the circuit board. This inductor contains a coil of wire and is topped with black plastic. On the bottom edge of the IC3600SBMA1, there is one large relay. This relay is rectangular and made of gold metal. The part number 68A997169A01 is written on the top of the part as well as the words “Coil 12 VDC”. Several various capacitors can be found on the IC3600SBMA1. One large black capacitor is located on the lower left edge of the circuit board. A medium-sized capacitor which is gold in color is positioned directly above this black capacitor. More medium-sized capacitors which are yellow in color can be found around the IC3600SBMA1. There are also a few medium-sized capacitors which are solid black. Two (2) blue potentiometers can be seen in the top left corner of the IC3600SBMA1. These potentiometers can also be called variable resistors. Each component contains a dial which can be used to adjust the device’s resistance. Six (6) mid-sized resistors are located on IC3600SBMA1. These resistors are brown. They feature different colored bands in orange, brown, gold, blue, green, and red. Many small black diodes can also be seen on the IC3600SBMA1.
