About the IC3600SCBD3A
The IC3600SCBD3A is a printed circuit board (PCB) which is part of the Mark I and Mark II series. The Mark I and Mark II were the earliest series made for the Speedtronic Mark series for turbine controls. The Mark I was introduced in 1968 when a system was installed in Long Island, NY. The IS3600SCBD3A is one of the approximately 50 PCBs in every control panel. The Mark systems manage operations for turbines including fuel sequencing, water injection, safety, speed, startup, shutdown, and diagnostics.
A variety of electronic circuit board components are featured on the IC3600SCBD3A. Two separate components make up the IC3600SCBD3A. The main part of the part is a large printed circuit board. There is also a metal plate that is connected to the PCB at a right angle. Several components are fixed to the surface of the printed circuit board. On each end of the PCB, there are lines of metal components shaped like cubes. These components are sometimes attached to each other with white wires. These metal parts can be used to wire the IC3600SCBD3A board to the rest of the system. A few large components are featured on the metal plate attached to the board. A large meter is featured near the top of the metal plate. Below this meter, there are two large dials. These dials are grey in color. All of these are attached to components on the opposite side of the plate. These large components can also be connected to the metal cube with wires.
