About the IC3600SGDD1
The IC3600SGDD1 is what is known as a ground detector card. This is a type of printed circuit board or PCB. The IC3600SGDD1 was developed by General Electric (GE) to be a component in the Speedtronic Mark I-II series. The Mark I and Mark II were the first two series released in the Mark line by GE. The Mark I was initially released into the commercial market in 1969. The Mark II debuted four (4) years later in 1973.
The IC3600SGDD1 is a large rectangular printed circuit board. One (1) transformer is positioned at the lower right corner of the PCB. The transformer is large and rectangle-shaped. This component is black and contains its part number written on the top of the device in white writing. Next to this transformer, there are a series of four (4) yellow capacitors. These capacitors are solid and have their part numbers written on the outside in black print. One (1) additional yellow capacitor is placed at the top left corner of the IC3600SGDD1. This small yellow capacitor is connected to the surface of the IC3600SGDD1 with a long wire. Five (5) large transistors are placed on the right half of the IC3600SGDD1. These transistors are solid silver and shaped like circles. Situated in the middle of these transistors is a black rectangular integrated circuit. Five (5) capacitors are positioned on the IC3600SGDD1. Three (3) potentiometers, or variable resistors, are placed on the IC3600SGDD1. These potentiometers and solid blue and square-shaped. A long slim metal plate is situated on the left side of the IC3600SGDD1. This plate has four (4) large switches. These switches have bases which are grey, red, black, and green.
