About the IC3600SHP1E1
The IS3600SHP1E1 is a device which is called a speed control circuit board. This is a form of printed circuit board or PCB created by General Electric or GE as a part of the Mark VI series. The Mark VI and is predecessor series in the Mark line were developed for the management of all aspects of gas and steam turbines. The Mark line has been in use in industrial turbines around the world since the release of the first Mark series, Mark I, in 1969.
The IS3600SHP1E1 is a large rectangular circuit card. Attached to the left edge of the IC3600SHP1E1 is a large metal plate. This metal plate features a large knob which is grey in color. The knob controls a large metal component which is attached to the opposite side. Two (2) large LEDs or light-emitting diodes are also placed on the plate near the bottom. Two (2) potentiometers are featured on the top edge of the IC3600SHP1E1. These potentiometers are each solid black but differ in size. Every potentiometer contains a small knob which may be used to adjust the resistance of the device. For this reason, potentiometers are sometimes called variable resistors. A number of various capacitors have been placed on the IC3600SHP1E1 in different areas. A pair of large blue capacitors which are shaped like square are sitting together on the right half of the IC3600SHP1E1. Another pair of these capacitors have been placed near the lower left corner. At least three (3) solid yellow components are placed vertically in the center of the IC3600SHP1E1. Similarly shaped capacitors which come in black or white have also been attached to the circuit card.
