About the IC3600SSKA1
The IC3600SSKA1 was produced by General Electric (GE) for the Mark I-II series for turbine control. The IC3600SSKA1 features two separate parts. The main part of the IC3600SSKA1 is a large printed circuit board or PCB. The other part is a large metal plate that is attached to the edge of the circuit board.
A series of metal prongs is arranged on the right edge of the IC3600SSKA1 in a long line. These prongs can be used to connect the IC3600SSKA1 with the rest of the system. A series of numbers from five (5) to fifty (50) by fives is printed on the IC3600SSKA1. A group of yellow capacitors is very prominent on the surface of the IC3600SSKA1. One of these capacitors is attached to the PCB by a green wire. At least one of the capacitors on the IC3600SSKA1 rectangular and solid red. A series of small transistors can also be seen on the IC3600SSKA1. These transistors are round and silver in color. The IC3600SSKA1 contains seven (7) solid blue potentiometers on its left side. Each component features a dial which changes the level of resistance when adjusted. A large variety of other capacitors, diodes, and resistors are featured on the IC3600SSKA1. All of these components can be identified by reference designators written in white. The plate is attached to the left side of the printed circuit board. The metal plate features a collection of seven (7) buttons. These buttons are round and red and are used for a variety of purposes.
