About the IC3600SVFA1
The IC3600SVFA1 is a frequency converter circuit board. A frequency converter is an electronic device which converts the alternating current (AC) of one frequency to alternating current of another frequency. These devices may also change the voltage. The IC3600SVFA1 is a type of printed circuit board (PCB). This board is a component in the Speedtronic Mark I-II series. The Mark I and Mark II were the first two series produced for the Mark line which is used for gas turbine control. The Mark series have been reliable for managing and automating turbines since the Mark I was first introduced into the market in 1969.
The IC3600SVFA1 features two (2) blue potentiometers on the left side of the board. The potentiometers may also be called variable resistors. These devices each contain small knobs which can be used to alter the potentiometer’s resistance. Four (4) large resistors are positioned on the IC3600SVFA1’s left side. These resistors are brown in color. They contain bands which are gold, brown, and black. Many other resistors are featured on the IC3600SVFA1 which are smaller. These also feature bands which are red, blue, black, and many other colors. The IC3600SVFA1 has a series of transistors positioned on the board. Eight (8) of these transistors are silver and at least six (6) more are black and shaped like a half-circle. The IC3600SVFA1 contains ten (10) yellow capacitors which are labeled with their part numbers. There are also at least two (2) capacitors on the IC3600SVFA1 which are red and shaped like a rectangle.
