About the IC3600TFCA1
The IC3600TFCA1 is a component for the Mark I and Mark II series from GE. The MKI and MKII were the first of the popular Speedtronic line developed and released by General Electric for the management of gas and steam turbines. These systems were designed to be adaptable, scalable, and to improve both the efficiency and reliability of heavy-duty turbines, primarily by the use of integrated redundant back-ups for critical control systems and by the automation of standard daily operating procedures like sequencing, startup, and shutdown. GE no longer supports the Mark I or the Mark II and considers both systems obsolete.
The IC3600TFCA1 has three transistors located near the center of the board. The board uses resistors made of carbon composite and metal film. Some of these components are mounted vertically, some horizontally. Capacitors may be made of materials like aluminum electrolytic, ceramic, or other materials. The board has several lines of diodes that are vertically mounted.
The IC3600TFCA1 has two quick connect screw mount components. These components are designed to allow for the integration of components to the board in a quick and easy manner. The board includes seven components marked TP1 through TP7. The surface of the board is marked in several locations with silver traces that connect empty through holes. One edge is numbered and has a line of right-angled metal pins attached.
