About the DS3800DCRA
The DS3800DCRA is a Gas Turbine Card from General Electric (GE) Mark IV Speedtronics line. The DS3800DCRA is a large board featuring many pieces. This board has thirty variable resistors, otherwise known as Potentiometers. Twenty-eight of them can be identified by the black circular knob on them. Each of the knobs has a small arrow in the top. Each knob is labeled zero to one-hundred and has hash marks that are at ten-degree intervals. One of the variable resistors is a small blue rectangle and can be adjusted with a small screw on the front of it. The board also has a switch component located on the left board edge. The variable resistors can all be adjusted individually to control how much energy can flow through the circuit board at any given time. There are twenty-one Jumper ports that have a small blue cover. These Jumper ports are a cluster of three prongs and can be adjusted by the blue covers. The covers change the direction of the energy flowing through the board. The DS3800DCRA also has thirty-one small gold towers. Each tower has a small screw on top. The towers allow the operator to add diodes, capacitors, and resistors as needed. The DS3800DCRA also has fifteen large red resistors, eighteen small black diodes, and three smaller reddish brown diodes. The DS3800DCRA also has two polypropylene capacitors. The DS3800DCRA also has two male connector ports and the left side of the board to connect to other circuit boards.
