The DS3800DFXB1B1B is one of several regulator boards for Mark IV Speedtronic systems that is currently available in AX Control’s inventory.  The Mark IV was one of the first advanced Speedtronic systems from General Electric, that offered

• Start-up control: the MKIV system can set fuel limits for ignition and crossfire. The system sets the upper fuel limit and minimizes thermal shock through a gradual fuel increase. 
• Speed control: Speed control can occur on generator drives using proportional control and on mechanical drive units using proportional plus integral control. 
• Temperature control: temperature controls are typically measured through exhaust temp and compressor discharge temp variations. 
• Protection: protection systems trip fuel flow stoppages if the system exceeds certain critical parameters, including temperature, speed, and vibration. 

The DS3800DFXB1B1B is a small rectangular board with a ribbon wiring harness connected to its front edge.  The board has few other components, but these include three resistor network arrays, several capacitors, and three EEPROMs.  The board also has several PTH (plated through holes) on its surface that will allow other components to be mounted if required.  

The DS3800DFXB1B1B is drilled at each corner.  Drill holes allow the board to be mounted easily.  Codes on the board’s surface will help you determine the proper wiring and board location.   This board weighs approximately 0.14 pounds.  We will pack and ship it carefully so it arrives safely.
