About the DS3800HDRC
This circuit board was manufactured by General Electric to be part of the Speedtronic Mark IV series. Mark IV is a system of turbine controls. It was based on the older Mark series called Mark I and Mark II. These systems have been in use for decades for the purposes of turbine control, regulation and safety.
The DS3800HDRC printed circuit board contains twenty-four (24) integrated circuits designated with the letter U, from U1 through U24. On the board are two (2) jumper pins designated with the letter J, as J1 and J2. These jumpers pins each have a pink jumper which allows the operator to modify the functions of the board. Twenty-five (25) small yellow capacitors are found all around the surface of the board labeled with the letter C, from C1 through C25. One (1) bigger silver capacitor is also labeled with the letter C, as C 31. There is also an orange capacitors with the letter C, labeled as C32. Two (2) blue jack connector ports sit on the right side of the printed board, each labeled with the number 218A4637-P4. On the opposite side of the board is one long black connector port spanning the length of the board's edge. Located in the top left corner of the circuit board is an area labeled SPARE, which allows the user to connect an additional component. Featured on the board are also two yellow resistor networks. These resistor networks are combinations of resistors connected into a series. The total resistance of the resistors connected in the series is equal to the sum of the individual resistances.
All products from AX Control are shipped in packaging which dissipates any static energy before the item is handled by the operator.
